Lauren Cowden

Lauren is the Youth director here at UPARKUMC. Lauren has her bachelors in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, a Master’s in Education, and is currently enrolled in the doctoral program, Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, at DU. Lauren earned her degrees through a softball scholarship and also has experience as a collegiate coach and graduate assistant. Lauren is a lifelong Methodist member who has a passion for working with Youth in all settings. She believes in collaboration and recognizes the importance to represent change. In her free time, Lauren enjoys being with family, walking her dog, Zeus, eating, reading, and watching Netflix.
