Rev. Kurt Poland has been our pastor since July 2026. His passion is for preaching and teaching. He holds an Masters in Divinity from Candler School of theology, and has written articles and commentary for the Common English Student Bible. He is a devoted husband and father, a voracious reader, and a lover of durian. His hobbies include amateur astronomy, gardening, and DJing with vinyl.

Bethany Hader Crabbs
Director of Care and Children's Ministry
Bethany Hader Crabbs has worked in ministry for sixteen years. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Church Music from Lambuth University (now University of Memphis) and Master of Arts degree in Christian Formation and Soul Care from Denver Seminary. Bethany is passionate about helping others on their faith journey and is a certified Spiritual Director. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, hiking, baking, and a good cup of coffee or tea.
Lauren Cowden
Director of Youth Ministry
Lauren Cowden is a doctoral student at the University of Denver, studying Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. She has a bachelor's in Sociology, a minor in Psychology, and a concentration in Political Science. She also has a master's in Education and will graduate next year with her Ed.D. Lauren is originally from Southern California. Her family currently lives in Ventura and Los Angeles. (Go Dodgers & Go Lakers!) Lauren and her dog, Zeus, love to explore Colorado. You can find Lauren in a park, on a hiking trail, or at home watching Netflix when she is not at church.
