Andy Dunning serves as Pastor at University Park United Methodist Church. In addition to his 30 years in church ministry, he has worked in the nonprofit sector as a development officer and an executive director, and has served as a police chaplain, a hospice chaplain, and a chaplain to domestic violence prevention organizations. Andy earned his M.Div. from the Iliff School of Theology, and his Ph.D. in Christian Ethics from Southern Methodist University. He has taught as adjunct faculty at the Iliff School of Theology, Colorado Mountain College, and Southern Methodist University. Andy and his wife Gayla live in Denver and have four adult children and two grandchildren. They love hiking in the Colorado Mountains, and Andy is an avid cyclist and motorcyclist.

Bethany Hader Crabbs
Director of Care and Children's Ministry
Bethany Hader Crabbs has worked in ministry for sixteen years. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Church Music from Lambuth University (now University of Memphis) and Master of Arts degree in Christian Formation and Soul Care from Denver Seminary. Bethany is passionate about helping others on their faith journey and is a certified Spiritual Director. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, hiking, baking, and a good cup of coffee or tea.
Lauren Cowden
Director of Youth Ministry
Lauren Cowden is a doctoral student at the University of Denver, studying Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. She has a bachelor's in Sociology, a minor in Psychology, and a concentration in Political Science. She also has a master's in Education and will graduate next year with her Ed.D. Lauren is originally from Southern California. Her family currently lives in Ventura and Los Angeles. (Go Dodgers & Go Lakers!) Lauren and her dog, Zeus, love to explore Colorado. You can find Lauren in a park, on a hiking trail, or at home watching Netflix when she is not at church.
Kevin Flomberg-Rollins
Church Administrator
Kevin Flomberg-Rollins has been our Church Administrator since the summer of 2017. He helps keep everything in the church running smoothly and efficiently. Kevin studied Theatre Arts and Communications and has spent most of his life involved in live theatre. He co-founded Lost & Found Productions and served as their Production Manager. He lives in Green Valley Ranch with his wife Deb and their dog Zero.
